Hi! I'm a long-time reader, but recent contributor to the Malazan wiki.
I know I'm new here, but I wonder if you'll allow me a moment to pitch a small idea:
Especially on my first read-through, but even on subsequent reads, I've often found it hard to keep track of the physical descriptions of characters through the books.
Personally, I love the huge cast in the series. However, even as a dedicated re-reader, I think it's easy to come to a character I haven't read about in a couple chapters (or books) and struggle to build a mental image — since I've forgotten those earlier descriptions. Once I'm in that position, it's not always easy to remedy. I might not remember when that character was introduced, or we might get details over the course of a few scenes. Sometimes, we get the description for a character before we even learn their name.
Long story short, I think it could be really cool to add a "Physical appearance" section to character pages.
I went looking for some examples, and I think the Harry Potter wiki uses a format that could work for us. It looks like they use a mix of direct quotes and paraphrasing with references.

What do you think, is this an idea worth pursuing?
