Assail and the northernmost regions of Bael

Bael was a sub-continent (or possibly a region within Assail) situated south of Assail and southeast of Korelri. It was bordered on it eastern shores by the Domain Ocean. The tribes of Bael worshipped a god known as Father Wind.
The subcontinent was mostly dry plains, contrasting with the cold and wet weather of nortahn Assail, the weather pattern having been effected by the Warlock Shen, drawing the rains to the eastern coast. [1]
