Matron Delisp ran the Temple Brothel in Letheras. She was a short, lithe woman with a tiny waist, minuscule feet and a sweet, heart-shaped face. Her eyes were strangely overlarge and she had a sweet feminine voice.[1]
Delisp dressed in close fitting silks in rust hues with a broad silk belt and upturned slippers.[1]
In Midnight Tides[]
After Shurq Elalle's makeover at Selush's Stinking House, she soon found a job at the Temple Brothel to make up for lost time and feed her Ootooloo. When Tehol Beddict and Bugg went to the brothel to extract her, Delisp waylaid them at the door and put a knife to Tehol's cheek. Having established they were there to remove Shurq, she withdrew the knife.[1]
Shurq's popularity with the customers had upset the other girls in the house, and Delisp acknowledged that she owed Tehol a debt for his help. She also gave away that she had recognised him.[2]
