Devral was a city on the coast of the Dojal Hading Sea at the mouth of the River P'atha in Seven Cities. It was north of Asmar and east of Ubaryd. Nohl was across the bay to the southwest.

During the Whirlwind Uprising of 1164 BS, the city fell to the Army of the Whirlwind.[1]

The city was misspelled as "Deural" on the map included in Deadhouse Gates.
