Princess Felash's warning is received by Queen Abrastal. She tells the leaders of the other armies and they increase their speed towards the Bonehunters.

The Bonehunters and their Letherii escort see what appears to be a dust-storm. As it draws near they realise it is an army of K'Chain; not Che'Malle but their enemies, the Nah'ruk. The armies clash and there is great slaughter, mostly of the Bonehunters.
