Ibal the Dart was an attendee of 19th annual commencement of the Cutter Academy in Letheras when the ceiling collapsed. Ibal was the sole survivor and was able to recount the remarks made by Royal Geographer and commencement speaker Thula Redsand moments before the disaster occurred.[1]
