Jureg Thaw was the Tiste husband of Lady Degalla of Vanut Hold in the time of ancient Kharkanas.[1] Lord Vanut Degalla and Syl Lebanas were his brother- and sister-in-law.[2] His words were prone to drip with acerbic venom.[3]
