Kalt Urmanal was of the Orshayn T'lan Imass.[1]

Kalt Urmanal was one of the T'lan Imass who took part in the slaughter of Onos T'oolan's old Barghast clan.
In The Crippled God[]
After the slaughter, rather than follow Onos further, he and Nom Kala remained behind.[2] They journeyed to the Glass Desert where they met the Bonehunters and the five remaining Unbound T'lan Imass.
They were accepted by the Unbound, bringing their number back to seven. When the Bonehunters battled the Forkrul Assail army led by Freedom and Aloft, the Unbound protected their flank by keeping Freedom occupied.
