Kettle House was an Azath House in the Refugium. It sealed the gates to twelve warrens including Starvald Demelain and Kurald Galain.
In Reaper's Gale[]
According to his promise to the Azath Tower, Silchas Ruin delivered the Azath's seed to the Refugium and used Scabandari Bloodeye's Finnest to awaken Kettle House. The House then sealed the twelve gates within itself and anchored the dying Refugium to reality. Quick Ben noted that putting the gates under the House's control meant giving Shadowthrone and Cotillion full access to them.[1]
In The Crippled God[]
Kettle House was destroyed by the Eleint as they broke through the gate of Starvald Demelain. However, its wounding came at the hands of Kilava Onass.
