The Chain of Dogs march, part 1
L'enbarl was a small village near the only ford across the Sekala River. It was separated from the ford by a line of hills to its north. A road linked the village to the ford.[1]

L'enbarl's ford was the site of the Battle of Sekala Crossing between Fist Coltaine's Chain of Dogs and Kamist Reloe's army of the Whirlwind. During the fighting, Coltaine himself led the Wickan Crow clan against the Sialk cavalry that attempted to make its way up the village road. Before the fighting was over L'enbarl was burning.[2]
