Laskan was a soldier in Urusander's Legion. He once served under Captain Korlas.
In Forge of Darkness[]
When Esthala's husband, Captain Silann threw Hunn Raal's conspiracy plan into disarray by attacking Orfantal's caravan, Lieutenant Risp offered to take a squad that included Laskan to track down and kill the survivors.[1] Laskan discovered Orfantal's trunk and the squad soon determined the boy was the grandson of Korlas, Laskan's former commander, and that he was likely headed to Kharkanas with Gripp Galas.[2] In an attempt to spare their own necks and out of respect for Korlas, the squad decided to pin the crime on Captain Silann.[3]
