Leena was an Avowed member of the Fourth Company of the Crimson Guard which was under the command of the mage, Cal-Brinn.[1] Leena was a "wiry young-looking woman with short dark hair" who wore armour in the Crimson Guard's characteristic colour: a deep, dark red.[2]
In Assail[]
Leena was one of the Crimson Guard members trapped on Assail along with Cal-Brinn, Jup Alat and Laurel. Shimmer, back in Stratem after returning from Jacuruku, decided that it was past time to organize the rescue of Cal-Brinn, Leena and the rest.[3]
Meanwhile, on Assail, Leena - along with Cal-Brinn, and the others - had become hearthguards for the Iceblood Lost clan, and fought to defend the Losts' Greathall from an invading army of fortune hunters.[4]
Leena fought in an impressive, business-like manner, masterfully utilizing her favoured weapons, a pair of blades. Leena told Kyle - who had asked her where she had learned her fighting style - that she had learned from her father, who had been a veteran of the Talian Iron Legion.[5]
