The following images were created specially for the Inktober Challenge 2022. Jake Parker created Inktober in 2009 as a challenge to improve his inking skills and develop positive drawing habits. It has since grown into a worldwide endeavor with thousands of artists taking on the challenge every year. The original challenge was to draw an image with ink at each of the 31 days of October and post it with the hashtag #inktober. Since 2016 an official prompt list is also published
For the 2022 Inktober Shadaan put again a Malazan themed prompt list together. After an object from the books for every day last year, this year’s Malaztober Challenge will be the Creatures of Wu edition. Because there were so many prompt ideas Shadaan also created an alternative list (The Black List!) with some different prompts. Kudos to Shadaan for all the work!
