Millick was a mason's apprentice in Neret Sorr. He was a young heavy-set man who was courting Renarr, the daughter of the village's smith, Gurren.[1] Gurren did not approve of the match.[2]
In Forge of Darkness[]
Millick discovered Renarr was unfaithful with Osserc, the local lord's son. Drunk, he went mad with rage under the taunts of his cousins, Eldin and Orult, beating them senseless. When Renarr tried to intervene, he lashed out unthinkingly and seriously injured her.[3] Seeking revenge Millick waited for Osserc outside his father's keep. Osserc easily choked Millick to death with one hand.[4]
