Quon Tali
Netor was a minor city on the Bloorian plains of southern Quon Tali.[1] It was southeast of Bloor, to the east of Layes, and to the northwest of Satar.

In the formative days of the Malazan Empire, the noble ruler of Netor raised a regiment to fight with the united forces of the Bloorian League against the forces of Gris and its allies.[2]
