Outkeep was a Letherii settlement or fort about a day's journey by horse to the west of Letheras. Dissent and Brans Keep were another day's journey further west.[1]

Acquitor Seren Pedac led Iron Bars and his Crimson Guardsmen to Outkeep from Dissent on their way to Letheras.[1]
