Riggin was a former Stormguard travelling on the Lady's Luck.

Riggin was the nominal leader of ten Stormguards on the Lady's Luck travelling to the gold fields of Assail.[1] He was among the angry crew members who confronted Kyle, demanding to know if Kyle had the "Whiteblade".[2] Later, he conspired to run the ship with Storval and keep Reuth imprisoned after the death of Captain Tulan Orbed. He went ashore at Mantle.[3]
