Toven was a young Seti Wolf Soldier serving in the Seti contingent of the Talian League. He had kinky black hair which he tied back into multiple tails and had a dusting of a moustache. He wore a leather jerkin painted with umber and yellow swirls and streaks.[1]
Toven rode a horse and carried a lance decorated with grey and brown fur pennants. He also wielded a recurved bow.[2]
In Return of the Crimson Guard[]
Toven and four other riders scouted the plains south of Li Heng for refugees leaving the city. They discovered the disguised noblewoman Ghelel Rhik Tayliin and her bodyguard Molk and harried them for "fun" as the pair made their way to the camp of the Marchland Sentries.[3]
Later he reported to Marquis Jhardin the presence of a huge Kan Confederacy army approaching Li Heng from the south.[4]
